Medium Russet Potatoes 3, cubbed
Butter or Butter Substitute 3 tablespoons
Salt and Pepper As desired

Step 2: Drain cubes thoroughly

Step 3: In a large skillet, melt butter using a medium-heat setting

Step 4: Place potatoes in skillet, making sure butter coats them via stirring thoroughly

Step 5: Add desired salt, pepper, or preferable seasoning

Step 6: Cook for 10 minutes using a covered lid

Step 7:  Remove lid, cook for 10 additional minutes

Step 8: Ready to serve when all sides are golden brown and crisp
