Ham and hash brown casserole with cheese

Make ham and cheese better with hash browns!

Ingredients

Frozen hash brown potatoes 1 packet (32 ounce)
Cooked, diced ham 8 ounces
Condensed cream of potato soup 2 cans (10.75 ounces each)
Sour cream 1 container (16 ounce)
Sharp Cheddar cheese 2 cups, shredded
Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 cups, grated

15 minutes to prepare, 1 hour to cook, ready in 1 hour and 15 minutes

This one is a great hearty dish for a weekend morning, and contains two types of cheese! It takes a little bit of time in the oven, so you can get other morning stuff done while it’s cooking.

Step 1: Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2: Get a 9×13 inch baking dish, and grease it lightly.

Step 3: Mix the hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese all together – you’ll likely need a large bowl for it.

Step 4: Spread you mixture from step 5 out evenly in the greased baking dish.

Step 5: Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.

Step 6: That’s pretty much it – now you just need to put your baking dish in that pre-heated oven for an hour. It should be starting to brown and make your kitchen smell of all kinds of cheesy ham goodness.

That’s it. It’ll also work for brunch or lunch, make with some green salad.
