Step 1: Mix white vinegar and milk in a bowl for about 5 minutes and let sit
Step 2: Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl
Step 3: Add in butter and egg to the milk and vinegar mix, whisk together
Step 4: Pour flour mix into wet ingredients until lumps are gone
Step 5: Heat skillet using medium settings and coat with cooking spray as needed, mix on 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet (cook until bubbly)
Step 6: Flip and continue cooking until the other sides are brown
