Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
Milk 1/4 cup
Garlic 1 clove, minced
Fresh Cilantro 1/4 cup, chopped
Butter 1 tablespoon
Parmasen cheese 1 1/2 teaspoons, grated
Salt and Pepper As desired for taste
