Step 2: Create hole in the middle of bread (using cookie-cutter), remove center of bread with even hole left
Step 3: Butter bread on both sides, lightly fry on one side
Step 4: Turn bread over, quickly crack egg into center of hole in middle of bread
Step 5: Take caution in not burning bread or egg, and serve hot
