Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Tangy and Savory Chicken!


Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Cold water 1 tablespoon
White sugar 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1/2 cup
Cider vinegar 1/4 cup
Garlic 1 clove, minced
Ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken thighs 12, skinless

30 minutes to prepare, 1 hour to cook, ready in 1 hour and 30 minutes

Step 2: SCook mixture over low heat settings

Step 3: MSimmer until sauce thickens

Step 4: SPreheat oven to 425 degree F heat settings

Step 5: Add chicken pieces to greased baking dish and top with sauce mixture on both sides

Step 6: Let chicken cook for approximately 30 minutes

Step 7: Brush chicken with sauce every 15 minutes or so
