Cajun Chicken Linguine

Linguine pasta 4 oz
Cajun seasoning 2 teaspoons
Red bell pepper 1, sliced
Green bell pepper 1, sliced
Butter 2 tablespoons
Mushrooms 4, sliced
Garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Heavy cream 1 cup
Chicken breast halves 2, skinless/boneless
Ground Black Pepper 1/8 teaspoon
Lemon Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup, grated
Dried basil 1/4 teaspoon

20 minutes to prepare, 20 minutes to cook, ready in 40 minutes

This Southern favorite dish with a French flair combines al dente linguine pasta with cajun spices and fresh vegetables for a perfect pasta and chicken dinner! Savory with a hint of fresh herbs and spices!

Step 1: Boil large pot of water and cook linguine pasta for approximately 8 minutes, to be served al dente style

Step 2: Place cajun seasoning with chicken into bag and shake

Step 3: Saute chicken in butter using medium heat settings and skillet for approximately 5 minutes

Step 4: Mix in red and green bell peppers, mushrooms and green onion, stir well and saute

Step 5: Mix in lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, basil and cream

Step 6: Add in pasta and toss, topping with cheese, salt and pepper as desired
