Pounding chicken breasts prior to cook may reduce cooking time by approximately 15 minutes. Creamy white wine sauce and fresh herbs pack a flavorful punch!

Step 1: Add one slice of swiss cheese and 1 slice of ham to top each (halved) chicken breast- you may opt to pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness first

Step 2: Fold edges of chicken over filling, securing with toothpicks

Step 3: Mix flour with paprika

Step 4: Coat chicken with mix, evenly on both sides

Step 5: Heat butter using high heat settings, cook chicken till golden brown, using skillet

Step 6: Add dry white wine and bouillon, reduce heat

Step 7: Let simmer for 20-30 minutes, until juices run clear

Step 8: Remove toothpicks and chicken (set on dish or platter)

Step 9: Mix and blend cornstarch with heavy cream, cook using skillet, till mix is thick

Step 10: Pour mix over chicken

Savory, creamy, and classic! Add fresh vegetables or a side salad for a perfect meal and decedent dish.
