Pesto Gives This Seafood Pasta Rich Flair!


Linguine 1 pound
Butter 1/2 cup
Heavy cream 2 cups
Ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese 1 cup, grated
Large shrimp 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Pesto 1/3 cup

15 minutes to prepare, 15 minutes to cook, ready in 30 minutes

Step 1: Bring large pot of salted water to a boil

Step 2: Add linguine pasta, cook for 8-10 minutes (dish intended to be served el dente style)

Step 3: SMelt butter in a large skillet over heat, medium-settings

Step 4: BStir in cream, adding pepper for flavoring, cook for 8 minutes or so, stirring every 1-2 minutes

Step 5: LAdd parmesan cheese, stir in until well-mixed

Step 6: Blend in pesto, cook for 4-5 minutes, until mixture thickens

Step 7: Add in shrimp, cook until pink (approximately 5 minutes), serve over linguine pesto dish
