Elbow Macaroni With Beef

Classic Chop Suey!


Elbow pasta 1 16oz package
Lean Ground Beef 1 pound
Onion 1, chopped
Condensed tomato soup 2 (10oz) cans
Salt and pepper To taste
Parmasen Cheese 1/4 cup, grated

5 minutes to prepare, 25 minutes to cook, ready in 30 minutes

This classic Chop Suey dish is will be a hit with kids, even picky eaters. Fresh tomato adds flavor and fresh cooked meat tops an already delicious pasta dish. Those who don’t eat meat may opt to supplement the ground beef with fresh veggies or mushrooms, or you may elect to add on chicken or shrimp instead. Season with fresh pepper and cheese to desired preferences.

Step 1: Cook macaroni to desired level using package directions

Step 2: Put ground beef in skillet and saute with onion for about 5 minutes, until meat is brown

Step 3: Leave on skillet, drain

Step 4: Add in two cans of tomato soup and combine in skillet

Step 5: When noodles have finished cooking, return to pot and add in meat mixture, adding salt and pepper as desired

Step 6: Top with grated cheese as desired
