Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Perfect For An Elegant Dinner Party!


Linguine pasta 1 pound, uncooked
Butter 1 tablespoon
White wine 3 tablespoons
Garlic 3 cloves, minced
Parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons
Fresh parsley 1 teaspoon
Shrimp 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Salt and Pepper 1/4 teaspoon

10 minutes to prepare, 20 minutes to cook, ready in 30 minutes

This lovely fresh pasta dish combines ingredients of white wine and fresh cheese with fresh quality shrimp. Delicious, nutrient-rich, and savory!

Step 1: Boil large pot of water and cook pasta for approximately 8 minutes, to be served al dente

Step 2: Melt butter in pan, and add in wine, cheese, salt, parsley, garlic and salt/pepper to taste

Step 3: Simmer and stir for several minutes using low heat settings

Step 4: Add shrimp to sauce pan, increasing to medium-high heat settings, cook for 3 minutes until pink

Step 5: Spoon sauce on top of pasta and garnish with parsley or ground pepper
