- 1/4 a teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 a teaspoon of pepper
- 4 ounces of boneless pork loin chops
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 minced cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
10 minutes to prepare. 15 minutes to cook. Ready in 2.5 hours!
Step 1: Take your lemon juice, garlic, pepper, oregano, salt, and your chops and combine them all into a resealable bag. Place the bag into a refrigerator for the next two hours, while making sure to turn over the bag every 30 minutes.
Step 2: Before taking the bag out of the refrigerator, prepare your outdoor grill to high heat. Open the bag, and pour out any remaining marinade into a saucepan. Place the saucepan on your stove, and bring to boil. Once boiled, remove it and set it aside for now.
Step 3: Begin by oiling the grill grates, before placing the chops on the grill. Once placed on the grill, make sure each side of the chops is grilled for 5-6 minutes. While grilling, feel free to brush the boiled marinade until done.
