Fresh Tomatoes and Garlic Add Flavor To a Classic Dish


Angel hair pasta 1 16oz package or box
Onion 1/2, chopped
Garlic cloves 4 cup, minced
Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
Plum tomatoes 2 cups, diced
Chicken Broth 1 (10.75oz) can
Olive Oil 1/4 cup
Fresh basil 2 tablespoons, chopped
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup, grated
Ground Pepper To taste
Crushed red pepper To taste

15 minutes to prepare, 15 minutes to cook, ready in 30 minutes

Step 1: Boil large pot of water (adding salt to water), cook pasta in boiling water for about 8-10 minutes, to be served el dente style

Step 2: Carefully put olive oil in a large skillet over heat, using high settings, then saute garlic and onions

Step 3: Add in vinegar, broth and tomatoes, reducing heat slightly (8-10 minutes)

Step 4: Mix peppers, fresh basil and pasta, after cooking, together

Step 5: Garnish and season dish with grated cheese
