Restaurant-Style Chicken Parmesan

A Crispy Italian Dish That Makes Sandwiches For Days!


Chicken breasts 4 halves, skinless and boneless
Red bell pepper 1, seeded and chopped
Eggs 2
Panko bread crumbs 1 cup
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
Fresh Basil 1/4 cup, chopped
Olive Oil 1 cup
Fresh mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup, cubed
Provolone cheese 1/2 cup
Salt and Pepper As desired to taste
Olive oil 1 tablespoon

25 minutes to prepare, 20 minutes to cook, ready in 1 hour

This Italian restaurant style classic is a crispy spin on a favorite dish. Using different cheeses and oil, this dish is creamy and decadent. Even better than traditional restaurant style Chicken Parmesan, the meal can be enjoyed for days in sandwich form if you have any leftovers!

Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F

Step 2: Stir Couscous, covering pot and removing heat (let stand for about 5 minutes)

Step 3: Combine lime juice, cumin, vinegar and olive oil in large bowl and whisk

Step 4: Add and toss cilantro, corn, beans, red pepper and green onions

Step 5: Break up any chunks in couscous by fluffing thoroughly

Step 6: Add couscous to vegetable bowl and mix together

Step 7: Season with pepper and/or salt to desired level

Step 8: Ready to serve or refrigerate until serve-time
