Spicy and Creamy!


Fettuccine Pasta 12 ounces, dry
Garlic 3 cloves, minced
Red bell peppers 2, julienned
Cayenne pepper 3/4 teaspoon
Sour cream 1 cup
Parmasen cheese 3/4 cup, grated
Chicken broth 3/4 cup
Salt and pepper to taste

5 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes to cook, ready in 15 minutes

This recipe for spicy fettuccine is flavorful and nutritious. Notes of spicy sweet pepper-cayenne sauce blend together with a reduced fat sour cream, yielding a creamy dish with notes of fresh spice. Easy to prepare in a rush or on a schedule!

Step 1: Boil large pot of water, adding small amount of salt

Step 2: Cook pasta for approximately 8 minutes, to be served al dente

Step 3: Spray cooking oil into skillet and saute red bell peppers, garlic, and cayenne pepper for approximately 5 minutes using medium heat settings

Step 4: Mix in low-fat sour cream and broth, let sit 5 minutes, then mix in cheese

Step 5: Blend sauce in to hot pasta and season with salt and pepper

This recipe yields delicious pasta in just 15 minutes! Flavorful, slightly spicy, and creamy.
