Spicy Grilled Shrimp

A Picnic or Barbecue Favorite!

Ingredients

Garlic Clove 1 large
Lemon 2 wedges
Large shrimp 2 pounds, peeled and deveined
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Coarse salt 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Papreka 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon

15 minutes to prepare, 6 minutes to cook, ready in 21 minutes

This high-protein, low calorie option makes a perfect BBQ staple or easy to prepare dinner option. Can be served over a salad or added to a soup. A spicy but mild flair make this healthy dish flavorful!

Step 1: Use grill and preheat (medium settings)

Step 2:  Crush salt and garlic in a small bowl, add in paprika and cayenne pepper

Step 3: Add in lemon juice and olive oil until mix forms a paste texture, toss shrimp and paste in a large bowl

Step 4: Grease grate on grill and cook shrimp for 2 minutes on each side until desired opaqueness

Step 5: Garnish with lemon wedges
