The most simple curry sauce

Simple, quick and versatile!


Curry powder 1 tablespoon
Flour – regular, all-purpose flour is fine 1 tablespoon
Butter 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Milk or coconut milk 1 cup

Ready in 20 minutes, to go with whatever meat and vegetables you have!

There are so many recipes for a simple curry sauce online, but it’s unlikely any are as simple as this one!

Step 1: Mix the curry powder, flour, and butter together in a bowl. Fingers work best for the job. It should be like a paste when they’re all thoroughly mixed.

Step 2: Warm up the milk – coconut milk is definitely a winner. When it starts getting warm, add your curry paste that you’ve just made.

Step 3: Gently stir the paste into the milk, until you have a nice creamy sauce.

This is a really great way to use up leftovers!
