Uncooked Egg Noodles 1 12oz package
Zucchini 4 cups, shredded
Milk 1/2 cup
Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Cream cheese 4oz, cubed
Tomato Paste 1 6oz can
Black Pepper To taste
Garlic 2 cloves, minced
Fresh Basil 1/2 cup, chopped
Parmesan Cheese Grated, as desired
Salt To taste

Step 1: Boil water and add egg noodles

Step 2: Heat and cook for about 8 minutes, to be served al dente

Step 3: Heat oil over skillet, add in garlic, and heat for 2 minutes

Step 4: Add in zucchini, cook for about 10 minutes, until no longer moist

Step 5: Add in milk and cream cheese to skillet

Step 6: When cheese is melted, mix in basil and salt/pepper as desired

Step 7:Top with grated parmesan cheese
