Everyone's Favorite Salad With Avocado!

Ingredients

Bacon 6 slices
Eggs 3
Iceberg Lettuce 1 head, chopped
Chicken 3 cups, chopped and cooked
Tomatoes 2, chopped and seeded
Blue Cheese 3/4 cup, crumbled
Green Onions 3, chopped
Avocado 1, peeled and diced
Ranch Dressing 1 8oz bottle
Pepper 1/2 teaspoon

20 minutes to prepare, 30 minutes to cook, ready in 50 minutes

This favorite salad option adds avocado for flavor! This makes a great go-to lunch option if you’re craving a creamy salad with equal parts vegetables and savory ingredients. The addition of avocado is a great spin on a lunch favorite.

Step 1: Hard-boil eggs in covered saucepan, let stand for 10 minutes

Step 2: Remove eggs and slice or chop into pieces

Step 3: Cook bacon using medium heat settings in a skillet until brown

Step 4: Chop fully cooked bacon into small pieces

Step 5: Add lettuce to each serving dish and top with eggs, bacon, chicken, avocado, blue cheese and onions

Step 6: Add on creamy dressing and season with ground black pepper

This makes a great lunch option that’s simple to prepare and quite tasty!
