Ingredients

Avocado 1, mashed
English Muffins 4, toasted and halved
Sweet onion 1, chopped
Alfalfa Sprouts 1 cup
Tomato 1, chopped
Ranch dressing 4 tablespoons
Smoked cheddar cheese 1 cup, shredded
Sesame seeds 4 tablespoons

20 minutes to prepare, 5 minutes to cook, ready in 25 minutes

This nutritious veggie sandwich combines fresh onion and tomato with smoked cheddar cheese for a savory finish. Step 2: Place all english muffins, open-faced, on a cooking sheet

Step 3: Spread avocado mash on each muffin

Step 4: Top each muffin half with sprouts, tomato, onion, sesame seeds, cheese and dressing

Step 5: Broil for a few minutes, about 5, until cheese melts
