This bacon and tomato version of a favorite diner staple combines crispy bacon to add to an already savory meal. Those who don’t eat meat may wish to supplement with additional veggies instead. Add in tomato or veggies as desired for flavor.
Step 1: Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat settings until desired crisp
Step 2: Butter each side of bread
Step 3: Lay 4 slices with butter facing up on to skillet using medium heat
Step 4: Top with slice of cheese, 2 slices of tomato, bacon and a dash of black pepper
Step 5: Cover with other bread slices, butter side up, cook until golden brown
