This recipe for delicious and savory meat biscuits puts a spin on both burgers and barbecue, yielding a unique and savory dish that guests will adore. The whole family will be coming back for more after trying one. You may opt to top with veggies or serve alongside fries or a salad.You can experiment with different cheeses, as swiss and mozzarella work as well.
Step 1: Preheat standard oven to 350 degrees F
Step 2: Using medium heat settings, cook ground beef until brown
Step 3: Add in onion and sauce, simmer using low settings
Step 4: Use greased muffin pan, and press/flatten dough into pan
Step 5: Top each with beef mix
Step 6: Cook for approximately 10 minutes, add cheese, and cook again until cheese melts, add salt and pepper as desired
