All-Purpose Flour 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Butter 1/4 cup
Milk 2 cups
Cheddar Cheese 2 cups, shredded
Salt 1/4 teaspoon

Step 1: Boil large pot of water and cook macaroni for approximately 8 minutes, to be served al dente style

Step 2: Drain water from pot after cooking

Step 3: Melt butter in a pan using medium heat settings

Step 4: Mix in flour, salt, and pepper, stirring continually

Step 5: When flour mix is smooth, mix in milk while continually stirring, for about 5 minutes, taking caution so milk does not burn

Step 6: Add in cheddar cheese to mixture, continue mixing and stirring for about 2 more minutes

Step 7: Add mix to cooked macaroni, and the dish is ready to serve
