Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Ingredients

Bowtie pasta 1 16oz package
Light soy sauce 1/3 cup
Rice vinegar 1/3 cup
Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
White sugar 3 tablespoons
Ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
Chicken breast meat 3 cups, cooked and shredded
Ground Black Pepper 1/4 teaspoon

20 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes to cook, ready in 30 minutes

This salad and pasta has an Asian flair of spicy mixed with sweet sesame flavors. The combination of salad and pasta with a punch delivers an exciting and unique meal, one that’s quite delicious! This makes for a great lunch or light dinner option, sure to be enjoyed by all.

Step 1: Use medium heat settings and skillet to cook sesame seeds until toasted

Step 2: Boil a pot of water, add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes, to be served al dente-style

Step 3: Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, sesame seeds, sugar and pepper in a jar and shake

Step 4: Pour dressing on pasta

Step 5: Mix in cilantro, additional pepper, chicken and green onions

Savory chicken is paired well with sesame sauce and a fresh el dente pasta. Yum!
