Tangy Egg Salad

Perfect When Paired With Avocado!

Ingredients

Eggs 6
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
Yellow mustard 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon 1/2, juiced
Green onions 1/4 cup, chopped
Salt and pepper To taste

5 minutes to prepare, 16 minutes to cook, ready in 21 minutes

Delicious egg salad with a tangy flair from spicy dijon and a fresh punch with citrus juice. Creamy notes and fresh pepper add flavor. Pair with mozzarella cheese, tomato, or avocado for a perfect sandwich or platter. Top with green peppers, scallions, or ground black pepper if desired.

Step 1: Add egg to a saucepan, using cold water to cover

Step 2: Boil egg and remove

Step 3: Let stand for approximately 10 minutes

Step 4: Remove from water and remove from shell

Step 5: Mix and blend mayonnaise, dijon mustard, yellow mustard, lemon juice and green onions

Step 6: Cut eggs into chunks and add to mix

This egg salad recipe adds tangy and creamy notes, pairs perfectly with any sandwich, and can be enjoyed alone as well!
