Ingredients

Large tomatoes 3, chopped
Cucumbers 2, peeled and chopped
Red Onion 1, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice 4 teaspoons
Feta Cheese 2 cups, shredded
Black Greek Olives 6, pitted and sliced
Dried oregano 1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt 1 cup

This simple recipe for a perfect Greek-style salad yields a healthy and low-calorie dish that saves on carbs and fat, but is still savory and delicious! Add in any additional toppings as desired and season with fresh ground pepper to top, or spice, based on your preferences. You can make this in 15 minutes to take to work, or enjoy it at home at a fraction of the price of a prepared/purchased salad. Nutritious and yummy!

Step 1: Using bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions

Step 2: Mix in olive oil, salt and pepper, lemon juice and oregano

Step 3: Top with feta cheese and black olives

Step 4: Sprinkle in more fresh ground pepper if desired and serve

This salad is under 200 calories per serving and saves quite well. Top with dressing as desired.
