Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Step 2: Use a large resealable plastic bag to place in trimmed Brussels sprouts, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper, seal tightly and shake
Step 3: Pour on baking sheet
Step 4: Roast in the preheated oven on center rack for 30 to 45 minutes, shaking pan every 5 to 7 minutes to achieve even brown color
Step 5: Brussels sprouts should be darkest brown, almost black, when done
Step 6: Season with kosher salt or desired seasonings
