Sweet Corn on The Cob

Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
White Sugar 2 tablespoons
Corn on the Cob 6 ears, husks and silk removed

5 minutes to prepare, 15 minutes to cook, ready in 20 minutes

This corn on the cob recipe is equal parts savory and sweet! This will be a hit at any picnic, potluck, outdoor event, or backyard party. Combine with a salad or burger for a great American-classic style meal.

Step 1: Boil large pot of water, filling 3/4 of pot

Step 2: Add sugar and lemon juice, stir

Step 3: Add in ears of corn

Step 4: Cover and turn off heat

Step 5: Let cook for approximately 10 minutes, until tender

Delicious, this really makes the perfect side dish, or a light lunch to enjoy on its own.
