Ingredients

Eggs 8
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup, shredded
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup, shredded
Milk 1 cup
Ham 3 ounces, cooked and diced
Uncooked Couscous 1 cup
Onion 1 tablespoon, dried and minced
Seasoning Salt 1/2 teaspoon

15 minutes to prepare, 40 minutes to cook, ready in 55 minutes

This baked omelet is a simple recipe that adds minced ham with fresh cheeses. Mozzarella and cheddar make a savory addition to an already scrumptious dish. Hassle-free and perfect for guests at a brunch or breakfast!

Step 1: Grease casserole dish (about 8 inches, square)

Step 2:  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 3: Beat and whisk eggs in with milk of your choice

Step 4: Add in both types of cheese, minced onions, salt and ham to egg mixture after blending thoroughly

Step 5: Pour entire mix into square (greased) dish

Step 6: Bake mix without covering for approximately 45 minutes, or until desired cook

Step 7: Season with pepper and/or salt as per preferences if desired

Step 8: Ready to serve, can be served hot
