Bacon 4 slices
Potatoes 2, peeled and diced
Garlic Salt 1/8 teaspoon
Seasoning Salt 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/8 teaspoon
Eggs 3, beaten
Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup, shredded

10 minutes to prepare, 20 minutes to cook, ready in 30 minutes

Step 1: Cook bacon over medium-heat settings in a large, deep skillet until brown or desired crisp

Step 2:  Remove from skillet and crumble, setting aside

Step 3: AdRetain grease from bacon and add pepper, garlic salt, seasoned salt

Step 4: Cook potatoes until texture is tender

Step 5: Add crumbled bacon to soft potatoes, pour eggs over potatoes

Step 6: Cook potatoes (with eggs over) until desired firmness is achieved and spread with cheese

Step 7: Cover with lid until the mix has melted and reached desired cook
