A Scrumptious Recipe For Heavenly Cupcakes!



Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Butter 1/2 cup, softened
White sugar 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
Eggs 4
Semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
Canola oil 1/3 cup
Water 1 1/3 cups
Yellow cake mix 18.25 oz (box)
Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon

20 minutes to prepare, 20 minutes to cook, ready in 2 hours and 40 minutes

Step 1: Mix and blend together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth, adding in vanilla extract and 1 egg, whisk and mix together

Step 2: Mix and blend flour, salt and baking soda in a separate bowl

Step 3: Combine mixtures together and blend

Step 4: Add chocolate chips to mixture, combine evenly

Step 5: Create small balls using mixture using a tablespoon, freeze for 2-3 hours

Step 6: Mix in semi-sweet chocolate chips to mix, continue to blend and stir

Step 7: Prepare muffin cups with liners and preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 8: Add 3 beaten eggs to the cake mix, adding canola oil and water to the mixture and blending

Step 9: Fill lined muffin cups with mixture, about 2/3 to top

Step 10: Roll frozen cookie dough into small balls, place one on the top of each filled cup tray (on top of mix)

Step 11: Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until cupcake is cooked evenly on inside
