Rosemary Chicken Kabobs

Rosemary and Ranch Make a Delicious Combination!


Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Fresh rosemary 1 tablespoon, minced
Ranch dressing 1/2 cup
White vinegar 1 teaspoon
Salt 2 teaspoons
Olive Oil 1/2 cup
Chicken breast halves 5, skinless/boneless, cut into 1 inch cubes
Ground Black Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
White sugar 1 tablespoon

50 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes to cook, ready in 1 hour

Step 1: Mix olive oil, ranch dressing, worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, pepper, and sugar together in a bowl, blend

Step 2: Place chicken in bowl and coat with mixture

Step 3: Place into fridge to chill for 30 minutes

Step 4: Preheat grill on medium heat settings, place chicken and thread into skewers

Step 5: Grill for approximately 10 minutes, until juices run clear
