Smoky Grilled Pork Chops

Classic Pork Chops With a Spicy, Smoky Flair!


Ground paprika 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons
Liquid smoke flavoring 1 teaspoon
Pork chops 4 bone-in, cut 1/2 inch thick
Black Beans 2 15oz cans, drained
Onion powder 1 tabelspoon
Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
Seasoned salt 1 tablespoon

30 minutes to prepare, ready in 35 minutes

Step 1: Using outdoor grill or Foreman’s grill, oil grate and preheat

Step 2: Stir, blend, and mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and smoke flavoring in a bowl (small or medium sized)

Step 3: Add spice and sauce mixture to pork chops with brush and let marinate for several minutes

Step 4: Use indirect heat to grill pork chops for 4 minutes

Step 5: Turn over and grill for an additional 5 minutes or so

Step 6: The pork chops are fully cooked when there is no longer any pinkish hue or color of the meat
