Salt and pepper to taste
Dried minced garlic 1 teaspoon

15 minutes to prepare, ready in 15 minutes

This perfect marinade is excellent to top any steak dish, mushroom dish, or dinner meat. Flavorful, with a hint of spice, and a blend of fresh herbs. If a more subtle flavor is desired, you may elect to add a dash of water or oil to the mix. The recipe calls for soy sauce, but the marinade tastes traditional.

Step 1: Mix together soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, white pepper, basil and parsley

Step 2: Use blender on high speed to mix ingredients together to a blend

Step 3: Add in any salt and pepper if desired

Step 4: Add in garlic and hot pepper sauce

Step 5: Pour marinade over steak

Step 6: Cover and refrigerate overnight, then cook meat to desired preferences

This marinade is perfect for steak but can top any type of meat, or even meat-supplement product. You may use a blender or simply toss into a clean plastic bag to mix spices. You may also elect to put your own spin on the marinade, adding in additional spice or garlic as desired.
