Beef Noodle Soup

Hearty and Delicious!

Ingredients

Frozen egg noodles 2 1/2 cups
Beef bouillon granules 1/4 cup
Beef Stew Meat 1 pound, cubed
Dried parsley 1/4 teaspoon
Celery 1 cup, chopped
Water 5 3/4 cups
Ground Pepper 1 pinch
Onion 1 cup, chopped
Chopped carrots 1 cup

15 minutes to prepare, 35 minutes to cook, ready in 50 minutes

There’s nothing better than a hearty beef based soup with noodles and veggies when its cold outside and you are trying to warm up, and this dish in particular will have the entire family asking for more. This is perfect for a chilly day, and super simply to whip up in no time if you’re in a rush and still looking for something delicious!

Step 1: Saute stew meat in a large pan over medium settings with onion and celery

Step 2: Wait for 5 minutes, or till meat is brown on all sides

Step 3: Then mix in bouillon, parsley, ground black pepper, carrots, water and egg noodles and stir

Step 4: Bring to a boil in the pan

Step 5: Reduce to low heat settings

Step 6: Let simmer for 30 minutes before serving

The whole family will love this very filling and hearty meat soup dish that warms you from the inside out. It’s very easy and quick to make and the mixed vegetables and egg noodles in the creamy beef broth add flavor to the dish, which can be served as a lunch option or for dinner. You can add addition veggies to your liking, or spices as per your desired tastes.
