Cheesy Garlic Bread

Extra Cheesy & Fluffy!

Ingredients

Mayonnaise 3/4 cup
Green onions 1 bunch, chopped
Garlic 3 cloves, minced
Monterey Jack Cheese 1 1/2 cups, shredded
Parmesan Cheese 1 1/4 cups
French bread 1 (1 pound) loaf, halved lengthwise
Butter 1/2 cup, softened

10 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes to cook, ready in 20 minutes

This gourmet version of a favorite lunch combines extra cheese with mayo and fresh green onions and garlic to top French bread. Add in tomato, seasonings, or veggies as desired for flavor.

Step 1: Preheat your standard oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2: Using a large bowl, mix in butter, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese

Step 3: Cut each piece (half) of bread into 4 separate pieces

Step 4: Top cheese mix on each bread piece

Step 5: Bake for about 8 minutes, then set to broil until hot and bubbly for about 2-3 minutes depending on your broiler/timing settings

This is an easy way to make a delicious and cheesy classic that is seasoned to perfection and makes for the perfect appetizer, lunch option, or served for guests as a starter before a salad or meat dish. Yum!
